Co-author of a number of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts, including: the draft Law of Ukraine “On Public Service”, “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, on amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and others.
Author of a number of articles on civil and international private law, as well as the monographs “Fiduciary relationships with a foreign element” (2012) and “Trust: history, present, prospects” (2018), co-author of the book “Bank guarantees” (2014).
