Job description	Higher legal education. Experience at a position of lawyer / attorney for at least 5 years. Experience in business, civil, tax, financial, administrative law and process. Knowledge and experience in IT-law, intellectual property and / or gambling will be an advantage. Advocacy Certificate will be an advantage. Experience in working with non-residents, particulary, registration of companies abroad, opening bank accounts, connecting to payment systems, obtaining permits, etc. (EU, USA). Experience in negotiating with customers and contractors, support in concluding contracts. Fluent Ukrainian and Russian. Knowledge of English (intermediate+). Analytical mind, result orientation and stress tolerance. Literacy, punctuality and sociability.
