The simplest option is to register a PE \u2013 a private entrepreneur.<\/p><p>Registration of PE includes several important stages:<\/p><ul><li>The choice of the taxation system and the type of activities according to KVED.First of all, you need to determine the types of activities under KVED that you will be engaged in in the future.You can acquaint yourself with information about KVEDs, as well as select the ones you need on the website.<\/li><li>The next step is to choose the taxation system for yourself.Entrepreneurs in their activities can use two taxation systems &#8211; general and simplified.Moreover, on the simplified system, they can apply three groups (1-3).<\/li><li>Submission of documents to the state registrar \u2192 obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register.For registration, an individual can apply to the subject of state registration or a notary.Registration of private entrepreneurs is authorized to be carried out by state authorities and local governments through the ASCU, executive authorities, as well as notaries.<\/li><\/ul><p>It is also possible to register electronically, including using the Diia application, which greatly simplifies the opening of an enterprise. So, you can register a private entrepreneur without leaving your home through the Unified Portal of State Services &#8220;Diia&#8221; at the <a href=\"https:\/\/id.diia.gov.ua\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>, spending no more than 30 minutes on the entire procedure.<\/p><h2>Documents required for registration<\/h2><p>If you decide to register your enterprise in the legal form of a private entrepreneur, you will need the following documents:<\/p><ul><li>application for state registration of an individual as an entrepreneur (form 10, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 18.11.2016 No. 3268\/5);<\/li><li>application for the election of the simplified taxation system by an individual, the form of which was approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 20.12.2011 No. 1675, and\/or registration application for voluntary registration as a value added tax payer, the form No. 1-\u041d\u0414\u0421, which was approved by Order of theMinistry of Finance of 14.11.2014 No. 1130, &#8211; at the request of the applicant.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Procedure for PE\u2019s registration<\/h2><p>If the future entrepreneur submits the registration documents to the state registrar in person, he must present a document that, in accordance with the law, certifies his identity (a copy and original of the passport of citizen of Ukraine). You should also take the original and a copy of the document on assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer&#8217;s accounting card (a copy and original of the identification code).<\/p><p>To carry out entrepreneurial activities, a registered entrepreneur must register:<\/p><ul><li>in the State Fiscal Service &#8211; as a payer of taxes and duties;<\/li><li>in the Pension Fund &#8211; as a CSC payer;<\/li><li>in the statistics authority.<\/li><\/ul><p>Registration does not require significant efforts from the entrepreneur, because this process occurs automatically without the participation of the entrepreneur.
