Any capable individuals and\/or legal entities can create an LLC &#8211; the registration requirements of the law are not complicated.<\/p><p>In order for organizational and economic activities to be effective from the very beginning, it is necessary to foresee and regulate (fix) some nuances in advance when registering an LLC.<\/p><p>So, before opening an LLC, the founders must find out and approve the following points:<\/p><ul><li>the name of the legal entity.It must be approved both in full and in abbreviated form.You must first search by company name, since it is forbidden to register an LLC with a name that reproduces the identical name of another company.The choice of the original name is also important because a later established company will have the opportunity to register its name as a trademark;<\/li><li>data on the beneficial owner (if any) or justify the reason for his or her absence;<\/li><li>location of LLC;<\/li><li>information about each of the founders;<\/li><li>types of planned activities of the company with their subsequent reflection in the KVED codes;<\/li><li>the size of the authorized capital, indicating the exact share of each participant in the LLC;<\/li><li>contact information of the legal entity;<\/li><li>a constituent document (provisions, Articles of association, etc.), which will stipulate further steps for registering an LLC;<\/li><li>the name of the governing body (fixed in the minutes of the meeting of founders).<\/li><\/ul><h2>Documents required for registration<\/h2><p>If you decide to register your company in the legal form of LLC, you will need the following documents:<\/p><ul><li>certified copies of the passport pages of the LLC founder;<\/li><li>a copy of the RNTAC of the LLC founder;<\/li><li>if registration is carried out by a representative, then it is necessary to issue a power of attorney to perform registration actions by an authorized person;<\/li><li>application for LLC registration;<\/li><li>application on the choice of taxation system for the established LLC;<\/li><li>constituent documents for registration of an LLC &#8211; this package includes the Articles of association of the LLC, the Minutes of the General Meeting of Founders with the resolution to establish the LLC.<\/li><\/ul><p>At the same time, today a prerequisite for registering an LLC is the submission of information about who is currently the ultimate beneficiary of this company.<\/p><h2>Procedure for llc registration<\/h2><p>The state registration of an LLC can be carried out both directly through the ASCU and remotely via the Internet.<\/p><p>You can register an LLC without leaving your home through the Unified Portal of State Services &#8220;Diia&#8221; at the <a href=\"https:\/\/id.diia.gov.ua\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>, spending no more than 30 minutes on the entire procedure.<\/p><p>The online service will provide online registration of an LLC with the possibility of generating the necessary version of the model articles of association by selecting the appropriate items or using the default version.<\/p><p>At the same time, you can apply for a simplified taxation system and registration as a value added tax (VAT) payer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-16 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c588ab8\" data-id=\"c588ab8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LLC &#8211; A variety of the form of a legal&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"services_sidebar.php","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/service\/33048"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/service"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/service"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/service\/33048\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":33053,"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/service\/33048\/revisions\/33053"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/vigolex.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=33048"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
