This time the organizers did not pay proper attention to the list of the speakers and the timetable. Moreover, the main guest of the program, to whom everyone was looking forward to, Alexander\u00a0Dubinsky, did not attend the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet, it was interesting to hear the panel discussion about the current mood in the Parliament and the Commissions on the legalization of gambling in Ukraine. On the whole, at the moment, the result is disappointing: the bill is \u201craw\u201d, and the political parties concerned are not ready to consolidate and pass the bill as it was put to Parliament (or one of 8 alternative bills on the same subject). Another interesting detail for those who want to open their own gambling business in the future: even after the passing the bill, it will take at least a year to prepare the infrastructure for its implementation. Therefore, it is highly unlikely to get billions in the budget by 2020, as promised by the Ministry of Finance, due to purely technical reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However,\u00a0VigoLex\u00a0is ready to offer cutting edge solutions, so we have already started preparing a base for our clients planning to obtain the license in Ukraine.
