      \n
    • Higher legal education.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the field of IT-law for at least 3 years:<\/li>\n
    • preparation of contracts and other documents (NDA, MSA, SOW (PP), SLA, MLA, SDA, etc.);<\/li>\n
    • preparation of Terms of use and Privacy Policy;<\/li>\n
    • protection of personal data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA;<\/li>\n
    • E-commerce support in Ukraine, USA and EU countries;<\/li>\n
    • structuring and optimizing the existing IT-business;<\/li>\n
    • preparation of license agreements and SaaS agreements;<\/li>\n
    • experience with mobile applications;<\/li>\n
    • tax planning in the field of IT-business;<\/li>\n
    • computer programs, software, websites and other related products rights protection.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of IT and related fields (intellectual property, taxation, financial, civil and labor law).<\/li>\n
    • Experience in working with non-residents, particulary, registration of companies abroad, opening bank accounts, connecting to payment systems, obtaining permits, etc. (EU, USA).<\/li>\n
    • Experience in negotiating with customers and contractors, support in concluding contracts.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of English (intermediate+).<\/li>\n
    • Analytical mind, result orientation and stress tolerance.<\/li>\n
